I'm not 100% sure yet. I had some 500mg stuff a few months ago and didn't notice much difference UNTIL I run out and didn't get any more. Then a few weeks later I suddenly realised I had painful wrists, ankles, back again.
There's supposed to be a delay in any noticeable difference though.
I've now ordered the 1000mg gear so will see what happens.
Overall I think it helps.

The Metalcraft kit turned up today. Not opened it yet. Also, these two items I'd ordered came.





Hopefully may get chance to have a play with them all over the weekend, though I'm not banking on it.

I'm easily pleased, I know, but whilst unboxing the aeroplane, (the yellow bender makes me think of an aeroplane ), inside the cardboard box it arrived in reveals they've also made a wooden packing crate for it:



& there's also a tripod stand included for it.



One photo on the listing showed that stand, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the listing, so I wasn't actually expecting that to be included.

Only had a quick peek at it, but construction & casting quality seems quite decent.



I'll definitely be having a play with this tomorrow, all being well.

A new windshield for my Punto , I've cracked it last year while fixing the wipers motor under the rain .
After more than 9 months,it has MOT so I've had to replace it .
Later I'll probably going to buy another bench grinder
