Most impressed with them. Battery life is a bit short around 4hrs before one or both start beeping at you. Luckily they can be charged while in use.Gnatto-blasters?
Link?Collet holder for the lathe. Cheap as chips but hopefully up to gripping 4 & 5mm rods

Do you have spraying kit? After my losing brush with the brick gate pillar this morning and searching s/hand genuine bumpers up and down the country, I chanced upon this. At the price and local pickup I couldn't not. Still got to get it painted of course.

..not that I should start any more tasks... If its prepared and ready to spray I could do it on a good warmer afternoon (so it dries in a reasonable time)
An 8 inch metal shear from Scamazon, £76 delivered. Appears decent, razor sharp cuts paper as well as metal!

Less grinding dust as wellUpdate, I tried this out tonight.
It is very good indeed. My intended use is for cutting and shaping of car MOT repair patches on my classics. To remove the noisy angle grinders from some stages and speed up.
It cuts the thicker galv sheet steel I use for repairs very cleanly and easily. It's also possible to shear off tiny slices around 0.5mm wide accurately and can do small curves.
Well I've saved 350 euros for buying tools .
Anyway didn't went there for nothing, since I've bought 6 pieces of 40x80 by 3mm thick box tube ,6 meters long for 10 euros each
I have an old one that I use for the same purpose...works really well and saves a lot of dust/noise/hassle. I mounted mine on a metal frame so I can clamp it in the vice (small garage). My intended use is for cutting and shaping of car MOT repair patches on my classics. I'll cut a USB-C cable in half, strip the wires from one end, a bit of shrink wrap then stick them into the PSU. Must be a good quality cable with decent copper wire mind.@brewdexta how are you connecting the 5V to the Pi5?
I happened to have a discussion with somebody this week who was going to do similar, and they're under the impression for the full 5A, you have to use the USB-C and disable the USB power management. They said the GPIO power pins can't handle the full current.
Thanks. I'll pass onto my brother. He was looking to buy one for copper sheet trimming, 0.7/1mm thick. Always good to go on a recommendation.
