Three for some reason... None accessible at the moment.
But I'm not sure they would be the ideal tool for making small holes in plasterboard though, bit heavy to hold overhead too!

I don't suppose you could even buy the steel and a handle thesedays for what they cost either.

The quality of the skip diving 'round here is very poor.
I'm very jealous of the skipfinds that some of the forum members seem to get on an almost regular basis.
I've not had a decent one in years, seems the only stuff they put in them now actually belongs in them! The tips won't let you rummage now either.

People put a lot of their unwanted stuff out on the road, so unless you see it quick its already gone in the back of a transit.
Anything worth anything goes on fb and businesses get very funny if you even ask.

Had some good ones in the past, but its hardly even worth bothering to look now.

Ditto . But I have permission from the Boss of a nearby fabrication place to take what I want from their skip, as long as it's not the one for stainless [which didn't used to have a separate one]. I'm very careful not to abuse the kindness, and the lads are very good and will often cut pieces to length so that I can get them in the car. Coffe/biscuits/beer at Christmas time helps too. If I time it before the skip uplift/emptying there's usually plenty of flat/round/angle mild steel in a selection of sizes/thickness to be had. Often needs cleaned up but that's no problem.

If I have any particular need [which I haven't had for some time] I found a place in Inverness which will supply me with what I need 'within a budget'...... Cut to size too, but I always ask the Boss if he can help me out, pays dividends.

Larger normaly helps me sometimes

Though my thumb been hurting for a couple days my hands been dirty for a few days could not see anything so had a poke after a few beers this come out not sure why could not see it bad eyes or just the colour it was

They're actually very tasty if they're properly ripe. You squeeze them until the thick rind cracks then pull them apart and you should be left with white segments like a chocolate orange, which have a really intense fruity flavour. Not sure how well they travel though...

I've already bashed my knee - come on, who can't help pushing off for wee ride round the workshop I like it.

I've got about 10 lovely workshop stools, i really must move a few on. not leather though, i've got one similar to that i use at the welding bench with faux leather covering, been a good stool think it came from costco.
