Some nice forged points that were sadly too cheap to bother with myself,tube blanks for some bridge rails.

Even with the premium we pay here I don’t know how some of the suppliers of forged parts do it at the price, let alone the UK guys. I’ve got a delivery from DC Iron to collect from the UK when I come over next month.

Some emery cloth strip, a mt1 to mk2 adapter, and 3 gilbow snips.
The large straight ones were £3, the other two were £2 each.
Especially happy with the curved 12" ones.

What are the thin nose ones for?

I believe the thin nose are Universal Tin Snips, likely better for awkward cuts that the normal ones blade would be in the way. Prob last saw a pair of those back at college or something !

Heavy duty cranked ones, should be handed to cut right or left. IIRC Check the model number on the handle they are all mostly still available.

Facom tool box from Prime Tools, described as heavy duty but I disagree! I see Stanley have it in their colours too. It's destined to become a (solar) battery pack for camping if I can package it. Also from Prime were some reduced King Dick tools and the Milwaukee impact adaptor set.



From a recent car boot was the brake spanner, box of bolts and some 11mm ply'. The bolt seller had several old stock unopened boxes from British manufactures - Nettlefolds, GKN (Guest, Keen, Nettlefolds) and The British Screw Co. I wont open this box, I'll keep it for posterity.
The toolbox doesn't have a flat floor hence the ply' which will allow better packaging of the batteries.

I remember going past the GKN factory in Heath Street, Smethwick, both sides of the road and seemed to go on for miles, I worked with a fitter who used to be a toolmaker there.

And some railway track - a box of 12 new Peco lengths for a quid, and some Shinohara (which I'd never heard of) for £8.
