What the hell did that come off?? A hip replacement for T rex?A very big 125mm 20kg ball joint. It should make a good anvil stake for panel beating.

If not a hip replacement then WHAT?What the hell did that come off?? A hip replacement for T rex?
Bought one of these for the TW mill. Suspect it might be on the small side, depending on which bit of the label is correct.View attachment 357909View attachment 357910

You be careful with that. Working inside a tube/hole/port you can sometimes get the cutter running around inside it. Can make a mess of things quite easily, and sometimes even bend the shank. Air grinder is a lot easier and safer in this respect, but make sure to hold it in the spot you want it - don't let it waggle around. Finally got myself a die grinder.View attachment 358056
Thanks @fizzy for the recommendation.
First job is to finish sorting out an old Elwell axe head. It had a crack which I ground out and welded up, but needs opening out a bit for the handle to fit properly. I'll give it a go at the weekend.
I love air grinders as they stall when snagged instead of dragging you into the work and snapping your wristYou be careful with that. Sure. I've seen similar with a Dremel. I'll practice on something easier until I get the hang of it.You be careful with that.
