Points misaligned. Obviously it's not at it's true zero because the barrel is not aligning with the zero mark. Someone appears to have attempted a repair.
Seller can have it back.

Hopefully they won't try to pull a "you did the damage it was fine when it left us"...And this is why I tend to buy metrology tools new. Point Mike Just been delivered.

I think she has a horsebox, so quite possibly fixed cab ?They’re a b’stard to fit.

My horsebox starter is super accessible, thank god, but finding a starter motor is like finding rocking horse poo. That’s what I was hoping wasn’t the answer.
On a tilt cab they are bad enough but there’s a certain knack to them. Involving a long ish extension. If you’ve a battery / air ratchet they’re tons easier
What is it?My horsebox starter is super accessible, thank god, but finding a starter motor is like finding rocking horse poo.
It's one like I've never seen before, just a cylinder, and runs in the reverse sense, as it's fitted heading towards the back of the vehicle. (TS3).What is it?
Anyone local do rewinds?
,anyway this 50” was stolen from our local independent whose father is a good customer,he even delivered it ,and spent an hour setting it up,‘‘tis huge and a major refinement from the previous model.problem is , that many channels and it’s the wrong time of year to be distracted .Really, what a coincidence.@Barking Mat ,takes me back to childhood, hearing them working hard on a gradient, that BARK!
Served my time at Wade Engineering, who made a lot of blowers.
