Any relation to Roger Ford? His TZ250 ended up on the cover of the Bemsee crash video in a similar poseOne of my last outings using 747 in the TZR250 before I gave up racing
Only the engine and a few other bits survived that one!

No but I was told that I had the biggest high side ever seen at Lydenn coming out of Chessons Drift! That stung a bit
The photo above was at Oulton park.
I made the YPM (Yamaha past masters) club magazine as being the unluckiest racer that year after getting tapped off at Oulton Park, highsiding at Lyyden and having a muppet on a ZXR400 ram me on the slowdown lap of practice at Brands as him and his mate were still flat out! His bike only just missed the marshalls standing in the middle of the track waving us into the pits!
After being told by Dave Stuart (BEMSEE) he wasn't interested about what happened I decided to quit so I fixed the bike up and sold it before it killed me. In all the previous years of racing I'd not had many crashes but that bike was jinxed!
I sold it to a lad that did very well on it winning some races I think.

I have nothing more to say BradI've welded more tzr frames up than anything else, does that tell you something about the bikes or the riders

One job I've never had a go at on the farm. Pit man is a thankless task, especially with a self propelled throwing trailers at you!Buck rake with hydraulic self discharge ,just need to adapt it to fit a telehandler.
Tight squeeze in the back of a transit,didn’t even need tying in

I bought this old monster today; the bed is 13' long and I'm told its around 150 years old. Has anyone seen similar or better still can it be identified? thanks in advance.
One of these to speed up my 20 ton press. I'm sick of pumping the handle. Got a couple of fittings to come via ebay as it is all NPT threads and the press and compressor are BSP I think.
Seems decent. Will put up a review if I get it going. Might need a bigger compressor. One new purchase always leads to another...

If you want a smell to blow your socks then try Castrol R30 or 40 . If you didn't know already you have missed a treat. I've just read the rest of the thread and guess you already knew that. Glad you got out before it did permanent damage.

Erm.... Think so. It was bought on a whim. @henry Kadzielski recommended something like this on an old thread I was viewing so I bought the second smalllest one on Ebay hoping it would be big enough. Pretty sure the hand pump cylinder has less volume.
This one has 1.7 litre capacity.
My press is one of these so not very big. Automotec.
If I knew what I was doing it wouldn't be very exciting...
