Yeah, a two hour round trip, but worth it.

And the final two spanners from eBay to complete my OGV 40 collection.

So I'm missing a 15mm, but I never use a 15mm spanner.

I think this is the last of the machines and this one’s staying. I just need to figure out how it need to be wired because it’s single phase but has two extra wires of the starter coil thing.

They do seem to be rather more expensive than when I gave into temptation a decade or so ago - mine was well under 800 quid. Only thing to go wrong (until this weekend) was the electrical enclosure over the back of it - its been exposed to sunlight through the window - I though it had just faded the paint, but turns out the plastic has gone rather brittle - gorilla glue from Aldi saved the day.

I broke a cast-iron part in the power feed mechanism on Sunday when messing about - available as a spare part from Arc for small enough amount of money to not be worth trying to repair or remake. It breaking saved anything more important going bang though.

No missing bolts just a bit of fluff that looks like a hole from a distance.

Some wurth stuff is great, they do a black superglue for sticking bike grips on, it's mega stuff. Some of it is just a bit overhyped and overpriced

We used to have a Wurth rep, but the company deemed too expensive.

We now have Berner, don't rate there stuff at all, and I'm sure it's more expensive.

But the company dictates.
