Okay for spanners but they’re not very deep. Only about an inch.

A sous vide to get steaks warmed through before sticking them on a very hot grill. I like my steaks thick and pink in the middle, but not cold.

It was 30 quid so I thought I would give it a go. It clamps to the side of a container so if it's no good i thought it may be useful for keeping citric acid solution warm when derusting tools. Not sure it would last long doing that though.

All I need to do now is repair the BBQ, it did 3 laps of the yard in a storm. I haven't taken the cover off of it yet but I fear the worst.

The next parts, to go along with the Indexi ER40 collets, arrived today, some Stevenson ER40 collet blocks. Finish looks nice, ground on all surfaces, will check accuracy in a bit but should be fine for the use I have for them. Good thing is they will be a lot easier to use than having to haul the heavy Hartford Indexer out and lift it onto the Chiron. In addition I won't be struggling for clearance on smallish parts like I do with the Indexer.

Aye, that was why I went with ArceEuro, I had heard they were decent.
Have tested out one face and the end with the Haimer and there is less than 0.01mm difference, so happy with that.
