I was sorting through some imperial taps and dies I had been given and found this one, I assume as BSA was an engineering company they even made their own taps?.

Let us know what you think of the sander. It's next on my list.A dewalt 19v orbital sander and i saved a CB from going in a bin, not tested it yet but it had been kept indoors so fingers crossed not had a listen on 27megs for a long time.

Used it today and it was bang on its not a full time use tool just for when i am being lazy and don't want to get a 240v out.Let us know what you think of the sander. It's next on my list.

Interesting info, back in the day before mobile phones and social media CB was very entertaining.Check the PLL IC in the rig; if it has the MC145106 you can furgle it to gain extra channels.
I cut my electronics teeth fannying about with CB, then ham, and ex-MOD/Police radio gear.
A few of us had CB rigs working half-duplex across 120 or 160 channels which used to confuse the 'muppets' no end![]()
