yes it aint cheap but you get what you pay for! I did our bathroom with it as I could afford to do the 1mx2m room with it! did the down stairs with a cheap china copy, it aint half as good! if I re do the ground floor ill pay the 10x the cost for amtico
No, 220v. I started restoring it last night. All the bearings removed, and new ones bought - the bearing shop actually had them all in stock! Bit of a treatThen back together whilst I could still remember how it all worked.

Does the 2 output shafts mean you can connect the flexi for 2 speeds?
That will be like a dremel on a trunk full of steroids when you get it finished! Would be great for doing porting work on cylinder heads but with a carbide cutter also great for finishing welds!

Yes, you can slog along at 1200rpm or connect it to the other shaft and kick out 11,500rpm. Yeah a proper Dremel, that doesn’t fluctuate and die if you work it hard. Power test came good!

Ive seen that before, I’d love to buy one of the bench grinders. The later Wolf products were made in India and were still of high quality, so I assume it’s the same outfit.

Driving home just now I spotted a pile of stuff left at the end of a drive for the scrap man, just at the same time as someone in a van in front of me spotted the same pile. I got there quickly enough to get a Clarke MIG 100e Mk2 in a box, and left the rest with him and his mate. The rest wouldn't have fitted in my car anyway, but chucking out a leaf blower and garden shredder seemed weird to a hoarder like me. Tomorrow we will see if it works.

Reliable and easy to rejuvenate, even if it looks rusty.

Anyway yesterday I was little bit busy and really didn't have time to watch the forum.
So on Tuesday I've received a call from my buddy at the powertools repair shop , Milwaukee PLH32QEX maintenance kit finally arrived .
More in the stuff you have made today thread , double posting wouldn't be a good idea

I can't see one, but lots of forums allow a title for an individual post. Often it's displayed in the thread list as "main thread title ... most recent individual post title" and you see it used on build threads so people can have stuff like "My Vauxhall rebuild ... got it painted now" without having to edit the first post every time something momentous happens.

Well we finally have some internets!!!! BT can' hook up the fibre till March but sent us a mini 4G hub which is working quite nicely. Also, we have finally acquired, and by Acquired I mean moved into our new house. Lots to do, and I do mean lots! But we managed to get most stuff moved over from the old house over the weekend, odds and sods to get yet but I'm back on shift for a week.
So all the unpacking, lots of decorating and renovating stuff, plus a good bit of work needed maintenance wise on the outbuildings, they've not really see a ot of TLC for a few years.
Oh, and on day 2 after getting the keys we got a bill for a new covering on the flat roof. But the sellers have agreed to contribute so not all bad. We have the fire on and it's helping the better half stay thawed out, she's not used to older country houses so is struggling with it not being nice and warm all the time like the last place. But we also inherited some chickens with this one which has made her very happy.
The 2 cows and a sheep that are still here will be going soonish, once the old owners "take them to the seaside"!
Be a little while till I get some sort of qworkshop type thing organised but then I should have loads of space at last. Might even be investigating the re-instating of 3 phase that comes to the barn but isn't hooked up anymore, just for the workshop side of things, if it's not going to be too costly.
Anyway, pics will follow when I can get some in some daylight, leaving for work in the dark and coming home in the dark makes it tricky!
