Be difficult with the paint on the raised marks. But can be done.

Something not small.

Using a fine tip brush and a warm size. Dab the size on the cleaned numbers.

Wait until it is the hard side of tacky.

Then don't try to do one at a time, but cover as many as you can.

The waste looks terrible, but the brush will pick that up and allow you to cover the missing parts.

Leave to dry for 48 hours.
When I did the last drill stand I gave it a light rattle coat of lacquer.

Missing some dies, two of those pins are snapped and the latch on the case has snapped, the tool appears to function just fine. I'll give it a proper clean and test tomorrow.

Not sure what I'll do with it, I've never felt I needed one and not likely to but I was hardly gonna leave in the bin!

Yep, its a big hole punch. 1.2 tonne capacity, not sure what that relates to in terms of material thickness but it managed a seventy page instruction booklet quite nicely.

My favourite pump pliers on special offer at one of the local merchants so I grabbed a few pairs. Not internet prices but a bit of trade for a local supplier, gave them the grip of Bob test and they held up as good as the rottenbugger ones I have
