No because there is a 20mm bearing in both ends
Piece of round bar, with a 'notch/hook' machined/ground near one end, and a piece of flat stock welded to the other. Hook it inside the bearing at an angle and beat hell out of the flat stock end, rotating as necessary. It might take a while, but it will work. I can say that with confidence as I've done it in the past.
Once you have the first one out, of course......
