When Rover had the tie-up with Honda they installed a new line at Longbridge and bought a load of those type of tool boxes with them, once the line was commissioned they left all the toolboxes behind as it would have been too expensive to freight them back to Japan.

Free BBQ, bit of rust to be had on it but overall in decent nick. Already under way to replace the rails the grill and tenderiser sit on. Knocked of the rusted rails at the spot welds and knocked up some 20x20X3 EA to replace the rails. I predict a sizable steak this wkend......

Some 10mm plate. I am gonna need a lot of zip discs as I will be cutting it up into 40x400 and 45x400 rectangles and other shapes. For a future build of a 2x72 grinder (metric copy of Jeremy Schmidts design)

I dont know if this was aimed at me but as I'm the only one posted tools in the last few days im assuming it is

The tools where bought from a cash converters I've even asked how/ who did he buy them off the reply was a builder that had upgraded to brushless late part of last year as he had got a new job and they provide a tool allowance so selling them was a bonus as he was not using them

I've even got a recipt for the sale

I dont buy stolen stuff even go out my way asking questions I cant afford to loose money or I would be devastated if my tools went missing (I'm still miffed off about the breaker bar I lost at a scrap yard 3 years ago and that was a 10er when I bought it)

2 parcels arrived today.
One expected.
One containing something I hinted at.



Another On/Off switch, the replacement I had had an issue. The company sent out FOC a good, as received replacement.

I also got this nice multi die holder wrench.



Plus a nice pair of English Pattern Turn screws.

The wrench and Turn screws have travelled far.

I found a shear for angle iron on Kijiji for $25.00 it’s a Dexion Mark 3 apperantly it will do 80x60 mm cut capacity.

I think you will find that’s for cutting the perforated angle for Dexion shelving Tom, had a similar one where I worked years ago.

I have a similar one for another shelving brand quite good for cutting L section metals

10mm that would make a great weld bench top as is !! cut something else up for the grinder?
