Those old Snow surface grinders have a seriously good reputation. There is one on ebay at the moment for not much money.

I see the one on ebay. Its very similar to mine. Fantastic build quality

Certainly worth considering building a rotary converter or two. Not all the machines will benefit from a VFD.

Thats not a fuel filter, its one of those dodgy rifle moderators you've got there.

Bit hard to see how it would work like that, without making something from scratch to fit inside, and once you do that, you may as well make a complete dodgy moderator anyway.

Actually my biggest machine is barely 1.5tons. Got no access for anything bigger and getting that in was a major operation.

The headstock on that Pacemaker is just, well, it means business that's for sure. Rack and pinion tailstock movement too, very nice.

In my honest opinion ruffian I wouldn't have a clue. I am not very familiar with bandsaws as I am not overly struck on them. I prefer the Manchester. Trouble is so many companies made them .
