I get fed up of not being able to find one when I need one.
The local welding shop only keeps the flat ones. They break too easily for me so these should be perfect.

I like the flat ones better they sharpen up quicker.That's all iv ever used/seen what are the flat ones.

mainly because i've got loads of the stuff.
seems the same as welders chalk, but much thinner.
the tools marked made in the USSR are from a LADA toolkit, i have some somewhere ! there was also one of those double ended screwdrivers that you pulled the shaft from the handle and swapped it round so iit was either flat or cross head and a hand lamp and a stirrup pump for inflating tyres
so does no one have any idea what the home made thingymajig is for?today i parted company with some cash and acquired a couple of boxs of tools etc
