Oh yes, I paid full price for the 3 "Dremel" style wire brushes.

I have one of the Bosch mains ones, I don't use it a lot but it's great when you're faced with one of 'those' jobs.

Having thought some more, could this be from an early gramophone , the narrow end may have fitted to bottom of the hollow arm that held the needle and resonator and the horn end underneath in the cabinet , a sort of built in amp ,

I like those STOL tundra tyres.
After fitting this for a customer i have acquired 4 very blunt, worn 10mm sds drill bits, some of the toughest abrasive concrete i have had the misfortune to drill into.
