I remember my dad going to our local sewage treatment plant and getting trailer loads of treated soil , you could take as much as you wanted, .He spread it onto the chalky ground in the garden, had a great display of flowers, the only problem was he kept getting loads of tomato plants growing because the seeds weren’t digested after people ate tomatoes and weren’t affected by the sewage treatmentFertiliser for the chalky ground in the veg patch.
