Continuing with my rather conceptual approach to things I acquired...

Organisation.

I did previously have the trolley shadow-foamed out, but I decided to put a wider range but reduced selection of tools in there, with all the socketry in plastic trays in the top.

That was actually counterproductive, as:
• it didn't incentivise me to take the drawers to the work, so there wasn't such a time saving of having stuff to hand whenever it was needed,
• it was a lot of hassle to put away because of packing a gazzillion oddly sized plastic cases into the top like a 3d jigsaw, and
• lots of frequently used but less common bits were still loose on shelves and tended to get misplaced.

I acquired a second trolley months ago, with the aim of getting more small stuff in the drawers, freeing up box space for battery & air tools, but have just never had space to actually sort out the foam.

I figured out that normal toolboxes or drawers will never be enough.
A friend of mine got one of those Facebook marketplace toolboxes you see advertised once in awhile...
Anyways 500 euro
Not that bad quality tools bigger drawers but still not enough space

I have some Lista modular racks for holding ISO40 shank tools, and they're just excellently designed bits of kit...

From what I've seen they offer a truly comprehensive range of drawer, rack and cabinet options for basically anything you might need to store.

Could not afford their cabinets new though!

This is my polstore i bought new, very close second to the lista cabinets. I think the listas are slightly better made and more robust.

They are another 20-30% more expensive than polstore.

Today I've not acquired yet my DTW700 clone.
Things are became embarrassing
It should have been delivered on last Thursday but they sent it to a completely wrong address.
They attempted to deliver it this morning but again wrong address or at least this time the address was almost correct they just delivered to a wrong destination city.
The Currier was furious a the phone as it's embarrassing because he knew about this package have been already delivered to a wrong address but it thought it was on another truck and not on his one.
He said he would personally ensure it will be on the correct truck this evening for deliver it on tomorrow.
He also said will tell to the currier the correct delivery instructions.
And maybe this already 3 weeks waiting will come to a end.

65 inch I think LG oled smart telly thing for free, BIL was chucking it out!!! seems to have a slight green tint where it shouldn't but will have a play!

Another project car, which has been "pending" for several months. It's a Sunbeam Alpine, for a change, and needs quite a bit of work. I've only got the shell and a few bits so far, the rest of it is at a different location and I'm going to pick it up shortly. I'm not really touching it until I've got my current project done, it's going to have to have a load of stuff dumped in it otherwise there won't be room, but I have to make it more mobile - there is no front suspension fitted so it's tricky to move it around.

More steel,the grid floor is for a bridge. Some spray for a ramp,however to avoid the regular spurts of lumps,I swapped the nozzle.

Pulled this off a scrap machine at work today. Lovely cast ali plate. It looks for all the world like it could be off a Russian submarine or tank. Itll look good on the wall in the shed.
