Lidl have some Parkside Performance stuff out today.

I went and picked up a 9 inch cordless grinder. Brushless and 5 year warranty for £90 ain't bad



I also bought 2no 20V 8ah batteries as I have several performance items now and will be handy to have the large capacity batteries on hand.

Another entry for me today. I've never had a proper power supply I always make do with spare car batteries etc.

Then I bought 2 at the same time on ebay. A new 30v one and a nice all metal Weir 60v one with analogue gauge full working order £40 on ebay.



The Weir one feels like a nice solid built item.

These should make automotive troubleshooting easier. Maybe even help with my Broken welder projects! (Like testing the 48v relays which are dead in my Tec Arc welder)

Bought this last Friday. Tested it today, & it is nice to use. No jarring of the hand. Did need to tickle the edge with the 3" grinder & a flap disc first though, as it was a dull sharp.

Same here. They're an underrated brand. Their crow & pry bars are lovely tools.

Got the big Roughneck mattock, invaluable. Then a trenching shovel and a mini mattock along with mini pick.

I have just remembered as they have not been used in a while, I too have their mini pick and mattock, stubby shovel and round nosed spade great for trench cable hole close quarters working!
Also have the crow bar/ floor bar set. The flat mini one is perfect for door mouldings!
They are some good quality tools!

I'd never used a mattock before. It enabled me to dig a 700mm deep trench, 13m long and just over a boot's width. Went through scalpings, clay, a flint layer and poxy leylandii roots!

I snapped one of their flat pry bars. Mind you I had beaten the hell out of it, contrary to the instructions. Bought two more and not broken them yet.

I haven't got that type, i have the oval handled ones and also one of the hexagon handled prybar/podger.

That's my go to, the hex one. Comfy in the hand, about 500mm long, it will lever about a ton if you put your foot on it

Well in a continued quest for Beach Tool box products I found an End cab. Its like a side cab but only has a rear attachment so looking at your roll can the door would be 90 degrees to the front. Never seen another, Has any one any Beach catalogues?
