Ahh. Now it is clear. My friend lives in Düsseldorf and sometimes I exploit his local German ebay account and delivery address. Deutschland is endless closets of old pieces of iron, they will never end. Crazy old machines go to scrap because the owner just wants to get rid of a couple of tons of metal without paying for its removal.

A rare trader. I have one problem with this site. He canceled three registrations in succession from 3 different emails, including the corporate one. I'm confused as to what exactly Google gave them out of my personal information that is on their blacklist. The tool at the link, in a bare configuration. I bought it a little cheaper than this offer, and given that a pair of new gears from a good manufacturer costs about 50 euros, then ... My corporate experience says that in fact there are not many who speak English in Germany. I remember how a small Italian company called their handyman to translate the narrow points of a telephone conversation. So it goes.

This is a mint save. And the goods of the international trader, saw a hard life and in its manufacture, they forgot about the file.

After a long time (as same for the cutting torch) when I wouldn't even ever expected .
I've finally gotten a plasma cutter.
Small 35A Italian made unit .
It has a trafimet s45 torch ,an horrible ground clamp,I'll replace it as soon as possible with a more sexy cast brass one .
It has a very nice internal regulator but no water trap .
Non hf Pilot arc
Cuts up to 8mm clean cut 12 severance (I bet it can cut little bit more )
Can run on a 6kW Genny 230V ±30%
Anyway it's usually sold for 380 euros over here ,got for 189

I wouldn't even buy it , I've seen at 50% online,went to the store asked ,it was really so cheap I've thought for about 10 minutes and decided to buy it.
Tomorrow I'll test it .
Then I'll have to buy a good air compressor and a water separator.
Step by step little ones, I'm slowly achieving my goals , I've discovered that today , it's still strange because I'm used to experience lot of fails

Its not good for the wallet viewing threads on here !
Those just look so useful, that I just had to order a pair for myself.
(One job they'll be used for is undoing the fiddly, diddy knurled tops on the Presta Valves on bicycle wheels. The valves get stiff, gummed-up with tyre sealant etc - and trying to undo them between the spokes with pliers is a faff).

Certainly hokum but back in the days when radio was still relatively poorly/mis-understood by the masses, and crystals used for actually capturing/detecting radio waves, some people could still be convinced that the mind could transmit thoughts via the same medium that radio waves were propagated. Granted, the 1930's was right/after the end of that period but that wouldn't stop people using it as a selling point for this junk.

Check out a book by Margalit Fox called "The Confidence Men". it's a well-researched true story of two WW1 officers who tricked their way out of a POW camp using a ouija board and completely fabricated. The managed to convince not only the camp commandant and his staff, but also their own camp-mates almost to a man that they were communicating with spirits. Even after they came clean to some of their closest camp-mates that it was all made up, they refused to believe them. The whole thing was made possible because people didn't undertand radio waves and could be convinced that a person could use the same thing to connect with the dead.
