Available in any auto shop, Walmart, supermarket etc in North America. Opinion seems divided as to how good they work . . . I would think the sound of the engine, transmission, tyres etc would drown out anything created by some bits of plastic glued to your front bumper . . .Can you get the bolt on moose /deer alerting scaring off very high pitched screaming whistles where you are ?
I was shown some in Canada 20 years or so ago by FIL's mate, who swore they worked & had had them fitted to all his contractor company vehicles .
The books would likely sell quickly on here.

I had miles of Scalextric as a kid. My mum hated it. Went to set it up one day and she'd given it away.A long time friend of mine owed me some money, nowt major. But I was able to help him out. I was hoping for the funds to be given back as notes.
A local garage, with a reputation of being Dodgy declined his card and wanted him to use a paper machine. Or leave his card etc. So I steped up and paid the £60.
This seamed to upset the "Gentleman".
But I got this lot.
