Which upon further investigation was meant to go to a customer in Scarborough!

Big Red did say they would never have known and the drone on the phone had no authority to reward my honesty!

Not that I was expecting/wanting anything but a thank you would have been nice.

Just had a follow up call. To book collection. I was chatting to the girl and apparently this is too low value to chase so if I’d said nowt they would have written it off, or looked into it at some point, maybe.

With this in mind I asked if they’d do a deal on the batteries as they’re already here.

Yeah. I try and do the right thing by folk but some just don’t help themselves!!

I did struggle with it a bit to be honest. It’s going to cost them to ship that lot home. 24kg! Batteries is a chunk of that.

A side shoot of this is that I suggested to Mrs79 that it seems that Milwaukee were now doing tools for ummm ‘topiary’ so today I also acquired a punch in the head

Today I have acquired a replenishment of the supply.

We use this engine oil for all our old engines, into which I don't want to dump semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil.

The price is right, especially if you buy the right containers, there have been no failures yet.

Yup.

If you build one for this purpose, you can do it in such a way that it would be a fixed part of the inside of such a garage door, for example, at a good working height.

If you are mainly interested in tool handles or smaller, the motor would still be the biggest part hanging on the inside - space consumption almost nothing.

A wood lathe does not need a horizontal table, but can be set up horizontally on a vertical plane.

If there is no space, one can help oneself in this way, simply reduce all the components mentally to the actual minimum and adapt,
think outside the normal and you can see it.

I started reading this but my first thought was why does he need strimmers and hedge trimmers etc living that far north? Surely nothing grows enough to need cutting

As for them wanting it all back I'd tell them it's in the front garden, then when the courier turns up and it's gone just shrug

Years ago we bought a good quality shower set and it turned up in a couple of days, great, then another one turned up a few days later! We called and emailed but they couldn't seem to grasp what we told them
