This arrived today. Bought for my brother. Aldi special £99. Far more expensive in Screwfix etc.
My brother wants it for model boats and planes. It works very well on metal though. Heavy about 20kg and a pretty fast belt speed.
We had one of those in the Mens shed I used to go to ... they need to be kept free of dust build up under the belt and often the belt needed retracking if it's been heavily use on one side edge. This arrived today. Bought for my brother. Aldi special £99. Far more expensive in Screwfix etc.

What are they? What do they do?
I'm not sure, but wives like them apparently...
They are a good source of sheet metal from the case. Never fathomed out what they do when making a noise.

They are good. They used to do the belts on line.We had one of those in the Mens shed I used to go to ... they need to be kept free of dust build up under the belt and often the belt needed retracking if it's been heavily use on one side edge.
They are also great for hand sharpening all manner of twist drills & for sharpening tig tungsten's held in a battery drill .
Its like your reading my mind, its got a leak somewhere so you get a weeny bit of water in the emergency tray in the bottom and continually pumps, cant see where the water is coming from but the switch will get bridged and it will be fine out in the workshop!A new parts washer
I know what they are for.My neighbour gave me these today, though not sure what the three clamps are for - any ideas?
I do know what the one with the serrated face is going to be used for though.

I read that the heatwave in France has decimated mustard seed supplies and Mrs TF, bless her cotton socks, stocked up this morning...

I'd sooner run out of insulin from the pharmacy and die than I would Maille Dijon mustard.
