Today I acquired...........

Not today but recently, nice pair of irwin compound leverage end cutters

for all of £8 how could I say no and yesterday picked up a few consumables for the new tig torch

and finally a WP 26 torch from EWM at morpeth its an abicor binzel torch with a ewm sticker over the top of the original code.

but it's got interchangeable heads to run WP 9/20 or WP 17 18 or 26 consumables

came with a power adapter and switch plug , the ewm plug is the same as the lincoln so a win there too as the last plug cost me £26
there's another adapter which I think maybe for different gas connections.

so bearing in mind the torch cost £60 inc the vat I think It's a great score

For the sun of 7 quid 24 inch yes the I'm assuming thr grease nipple has had it but that can be replaced but for the few times I will use it way better than my old carp one that was got out of a bag of stuff that I bought as a job lot
This is drop forged not tube steel

He never got round to that, and needs the space now for a new saw/mill/planing combi machine. So the beltsander is going to live with me

Yes I could have made the antenna but needed it for an event on Tuesday so no time to buy in the bits needed to make one

And this found outside my BIL's workshop, a very rusty 4 jaw currently soaking in citric acid

I have that radio, the non cradle charging is a bonus but it didn't come with the correct connector, hence buying the newer one with USB C, but it has an odd antenna

I bought mine ex-demo at 40% off. Lovely machine but you need a master's in Advanced Instruction Manual Understanding and a 4-digit IQ to operate all its functions. Neither of which i have.

Yesterday was a busy day, for helping a friend he brought me the spray paint in the picture below.




The wood treatment, LHS was given to me from a Charity shop. They were all in donations given to them.
The lot you see are unopened. I dumped a lot more as they were opened of had gone off.
The rest I brought.



This lot I got £10.
The white containers are 5lt of Paraffin. But the labels had fallen off in storage. The middle is Meths. But the Child proof lid has jammed.
