Definitely noticed the weight up front @MattH but my forks did make it all the way underneath by 1/4".

Got all the legs on (no mean feat single banded) and will get it undercover tomorrow hopefully. Think until builders are done I'll have to take three gearboxes, one engine and a load of sheet steel out the way. Put the table underneath and put that lot back on top. Gonna be fun because the door is 7ft wide

I had to move it longways with the fork extensions so I could get it out. Made the **** of the FLT a bit lite.

fork extensions

Really need to source a pair of those. Both doors into the two barns are just under 8ft wide so can't fit sheets in width-ways which is a bit annoying. The sheets I managed to put a piece of box over the back and a couple of G clamps to hold it down. Not sure how well that's going to work on the table...

I've just ordered a set of 6 braked casters anyway which if not permanently attached to the table I might make up into little dollies for moving stuff like this around more easily now I have a flat floor.

It'll be a restoration as I'm sort of done with the modified/custom thing now, plus they're too thin on the ground to be chopping about. I have another in a similar state which will get the same treatment.
