So easier to cut, but much harded to bend. I had to use the palm of my hand, again very little spring back.

No, and it wasnt full penetration 90-95%. I did expect it to break but not as easily. It has crystalline appearance

Bike frames are filled with the gases to get a good weld there are a few vids on that YouTube

I buy all mine as bar ends or offcuts from ebay, none i've I ever bought has bent as easily as that, I've always had to bend it hot. This a bangle I forged it works dead easy hot but as soon as it starts to cool your stuffed I even warm the anvil or former a bit so they don't suck the heat out. If I have to weld any I cut a thin bit off what i'm welding to use as a filler.

I’m not an expert on the stuff but it looks too heavy on the oxidation around the outside
You can clearly see your shielding area but it’s probably not enough for Ti as there is a lot of colour towards one end of the weld. That’s enough to cause embrittlement. Definitely wants back side protection too or you’ll get the oxide colour there too.
