As for the use by dates, whether they are worth heeding or not, it sure is a great way of scaremongering people to go and spend out on new discs more often. Oh yeah, Im currently using a disc at work 4 years out of date, It hasnt nuked me yet![]()
Was he wearing gloves when it happened? I've had discs disintegrate and never had any part of it go near the back of my hands but my gloves would have stopped any skin from being damaged.
If he'd trapped his glove between a grinding disk and the guard, things could have been MUCH worse.

unless hese got a fat wallet and a good claims solicitor and pays an insurance against loosing the case in court and has to pay all the costs . take the gamble . my wifey was in an accident 3 years ago not her fault its costing 800 quid insurance we have to pay in case we loose the court casetheres always one brainbox aint there
