Right getting on with this timber frame, roof was planned to be completed this week it is currently water tight but not completed.
Well I'm due rain everyday for about 8 days so on with the celotex
Now anyone who has used celotex will know past 80mm it's the sole cause of people leaving the trade with PTSD.
Alas no more I cry.....
With a bit of DIY we have the solution.



It's essentially a blade that's guided by a big riving knife, the blade is supported at the base by a guide block.
The cut quality speaks for itself.

Dust extraction helps vastly, as shown by the filter

With the addition of my trend airsheild my rhinitis is actually reduced by evening time.
And the time savings has knocked 3/4s of the time allocated.
Yet another prototype to have laser cut at some point
