They are just IMG.123 or similar straight from the camera. I'll bear it in mind for the future though. I'll try knocking the size down as well.Try renaming the file to something simple.
I've found a set of these on fleabay, don't bother looking as it's just been boughtI've got 4 volumes of that plus a volume of wiring diagrams. It was first published by Caxton in 1927, mine is the 1955 reprint.
Bristol Hercules was a sleeve valve, elvington had a cutaway working mode of oneInteresting bits about sleeve valve engines in cars. Not in the cheap ones. I knew someone who had a 12 cyl one. Bit of an Ian Fleming type.
In aero engines, The Bristol Centaurus radial had three rows of air cooled cylinders, all with sleeve valves. Rated at 2,500HP in service and the water cooled Napier Sabre was knocking out 4000 hp before the war. Reduced to less in service, when it finaly got used.
