The last few years I've gone from full-time employee to fixed-term contracting and it's amazing how my stress levels have dropped - they know how much they're paying for you so they value you, they know you can walk out and find something just as good (or better) if they give you too much hassle - and the moneys better! I should have done it years / decades ago...Best thing I ever did was to remove work related stress, but if you cant retire you need to find a away to reduce it!
I've also gone on the Poverty Diet (and now Keto), taken time to exercise, and shed 3 stone, currently taken myself of one of my BP prescriptions as an experiment and measuring to take numbers to the quack - on the border between "normal" and "elevated", so optimistic that I can stay off one of the 2 pills a day
