Yes but I have never seen anything as bad as that before which suggests, at least to me, the heat treatment of the sheet was not correct.
I have noticed a lot of that kind of thing increasingly happening over the years with the Aluminium, I have seen me chopping off a 150mm wide strip from 10mm thick sheet and the cut piece ending up like a banana and that was chopping it with an Evolution saw so no heat at all involved.
What about one of the big inflatable shelters or a simple light weight structure tent .I am envious of it as well, then again the cost of rates would likely put me in my grave

Angle frame around the control handles to allow creels to be slid over the top whilst also protecting the handles and the sides which will stop ropes jumping round the controls whilst the gear is being shot away.

Angle cut for the shooting table, placed on blocks ready for welding.

It was then lifted onto the boat and adjusted for height so I could measure each of the 13 legs lengths.
Got them cut and started welding them in, ran out of Argon so the rest will have to be done on Monday.
