If it hasn't been done already, could you do a post about how this system works and what would be needed to set up a 2 keg, 2 tap 'bar' - or point me in the right direction... I'm looking at building a semi portable outdoor bar for barbecues etc, and this seems like a much better idea than full size kegs. I'm fairly familiar with traditional pub cellar setup (albeit not recently) but not sure where to start with this...
Have you done anything to reduce condensation in the pipe work leaving the brewery? Where will any water go that condenses in the pipe work? I struggle to get steam out of my brew room with a kitchen extractor venting under 10 inch through a wall.
