What your saying is your telling the machine you want 14m/min and the synergic line is giving you the voltage to match it. Which is 32 volts. Acc to the unit.
Your wps states 28. The machine doesn't know your wps and like I say for me it's a little light (yes I know you've had it qualified) but according to the kemppi it's a little light too (or a lot) what is it welding like when you leave it at 0 (32 volts). Bit hot and wide I guess.
Yes I see what you mean. I'm using 1mm wire, so 28volts seams about right, could maybe go 29volts at 14 m/min. 1.2mm wire would run well at 30volts.
Yes when it's at 32 volts it's just not right, hot and wide.
