I have an IFL, very pleased, its 110v so is more suited to site work,british made aswell,though I haven't succeeded in getting a non urgent part for it ,but at least you can phone the factory.

The arc characteristics are good, and it's so portable, I find it saves time as I always used to have drag stuff over to the welding bench now it gets welded where it is.
I personally wouldn't go any lower than 110 with a 3.2.
