Could you make a 'replica key' from a piece off a copper busbar, clamped into place?
Watching with interest, a 180 Amp mig will be a challenge for sure..
No harm in trying. I have tried aluminium before with mixed results, possibly back in the day when I had a working Tig. Is copper a better bet?
180 Mig is all I got. What settings should I aim at? All the amps? What thickness of wire? Most of the time I use the Mig I am struggling to keep the power down low enough I will have to buy some new wire unless 0.8mm is suitable.
