I like you prominent emergency stop buttons.Speaking of electrical boxes made this one up for the lathe vfd as father decided to go all in on it, now has direction and speed as well as a jog button for both directions.

Needed to bend up some square tubing for an upcoming project. Multiple section 3D printed curve templates screwed to MDF allowed exact bend radius to be achieved.

Bought...Katsu, £150 Amazon including adjustable dies. I think the price has risen but Aim tools sell it and slightly cheaper direct from them. It's OK but the knurled wheel isn't hard enough and the knurling is wearing off.Ref the bender, home made or bought? Ditto the square section dies?
I need to get one to roll 25mm box section.
130x60x43 with 2mm walls, lid is 3mm thick.I like you prominent emergency stop buttons.
What sort of size is the control box ...such things are often useful to people looking for working boxes
Small paint on support in the centre would make it pretty flawless and still quick to print, you can also tweak Bridge settings to be thin so less sag initially.printed this earlier, it's the 2nd version, essentially a big tray with a slot in the bottom... turned on brim instead of support this time!
pretty impressed how well it did, that's a 120mm gap
(ignore the rough bottom edge, not tidied up snapping off the brim yet)
