tbh: ive not done multi material printing with TPU. the bambu AMS doesnt play nicely with the cheap TPu which I bought.

Have been printing a few things to help with the never ending tool storage/ organisation issue. I went with a French cleat system on the side of the tool chest. Including racks for hammers, squares and allen keys & some battery and tape measure holders.
Sadly I have to report ihave printed nothing for two weeks as my x1C is out of action.

I've been doing a slightly tedious but much needed reorganisation of my screw collection. For years I've had screws organised by size in some red metal drawer units (which you can't buy anymore unfortunately). In the early days, that worked really well as I typically only used cap screws and would only very occasionally buy other types. Over the years, the collection ballooned somewhat and I ended up with a lot more countersunk screws, some button heads and some low-head cap screws, all mixed up together. Getting a specific type of screw out (especially if it was in the minority in the drawer) could be a bit of a pain.
The red drawer unit now only has cap screws in. Where I have low-head ones as well, I've 3D-printed some little pots to separate them from normal cap screws:
I've also printed a (custom sized to fit the space) drawer unit for other types of screws:
For scale, the drawer unit carcase (which sits on top of a separate riser) is 320 mm (high) by 290 mm (wide) by 123 mm deep. The upside down drawer is empty.
Rather than building dividers into the drawers or having slot in pockets, I left them plain and printed more little pots where I wanted to separate the internals. Some are evenly divided into two or three, some are unevenly divided (e.g. 75% cap screws, 25% something else). This is a 50/50 one with cap screws at the front and flange button heads at the back:
When I took that photo I hadn't put anything in the bottom-right drawer, hence it being upside down.
Using separate inserts rather than just dividers makes the dividing options more flexible (at the cost of more filament) and also means I can remove a pot of screws and take it over to the bench if I want to (without risking mixing screws up if I drop the whole lot!)
