It took me a while to work out how the align the pieces prior to making the tack welds. Eventually I twigged that I could make a sleeve clamp from some spare tube. Position on the vehicle, get it aligned then tighten the clamps. Remove from vehicle and tack. To remove the sleeve I made a score line on the rear face to make bending easier.

Made a lance holder and bolted it to the super washer. Also bolted a cheap toolbox to it, and got one side logo fitted

Not finished but I am in the process of cobbling together an exhaust for my Grand Cherokee

Can't fit a std one as the rear long arms mean the factory silencer is too big

Need to take some more pictures of the WIP but I was quite pleased with this bit considering I'm average at sticking bits of metal together with a welder

Yes, and one day I definitely will. At the moment I wouldn't have anywhere to put it once I'd made it, so it'll have to wait for a while yet.

I got this the other day, I knew it was second hand, but was assured it was complete.

It was.

Taking advice from a helper, we sorted the parts, washed and cleaned them. Lego, furniture wax and dust do not mix.

4 Cylinder engine.

2 Speed gear box.

Swing arm assembly.

Chain drive a gear selector.

Dust Magnet.
