More workshop/shed tidying. few bits of old fence rail quickly planed on edge and drilled at about 25deg, 22 bits of old rebar cleaned up and oiled, some gorilla glue and no more tripping up over loose Rakes, Forks etc.

that is a impressively difficult bit of welding to do without any distortion. well done!

There’s always a little distortion but the curve in the panel helps to reduce it. It was welded at 30/35A on a foot pedal in one shot with very little filler wire.
