Much better now, thanks for asking. There's still a long road to full recovery but she doesn't need crutches anymore & only uses a walking stick for longer distances (which are still quite short, but far better than they were).@Dr.Al seeing this request from your wife just reminded me to ask how she was now, still recovering or ok?

I think I used a tape measure once, a square zero times and was disassembling bits of bed for the bit I “needed”.That's how I plan & design everything I do. Mentally envisaging & adapting as I go.

Shame the roofing screws that were sold as 10mm heads were actually 3/8 which took a bit of rummaging to make up a tool
