A couple of hours on the CAD thing ,fired up the laser ply botherer and produced this vital tool to assist me in stripping my R/O mower engine. Any ideas as to it's use?

Not JUST a hole ,2 holes.

Close but no prizes. Just a crude but effective way of holding the engine still while removing the casing bolts. Tucked under my armpit to allow both hands to be active . Simple but did the job.

Made a better tow hitch for my Unimog
It replaces the first one which was a bit of a bodge.
This one is a stronger bodge

I started with some nice plate,cut it up,welded it with gussets.

Finally I proof tested it in difflock when chained to

the dozer

Spent a few hours bending parts for work... 2mm MS, 2mm SS, and 5mm copper. Its not a bad brake this... Can reliably get 0.2-0.3 degrees accuracy after the 1st bend. Also nice little earner for me since work don't want to buy a brake... Even though they have a waterjet and laser

I wore out the pull cord on the 020T so had to do much of the blocking down with the g372xp. Heavy but it has great power.

Every muscle is sore and trying to cramp!

I was pleasantly surprised when it worked first go. I'll give it a lick of paint, then I might stand a chance of finding it when it's needed again in five years' time.

loving the tool and the come in usefull pile , re painting I would suggest orange or a bright colour so you can see it even when its gets buried as happens .

I have been playing with the IR galvo laser today. I like that it will mark stainless without needing to coat it.

The Lancaster one is eerily reminiscent of a 1000 bomber raid and seeing another Lancaster directly above you and praying he doesn't drop his bombs through your wing.
