Can you do a thread about these induction coils , is it for a home made set , what is the power source ? etc etc.Finished the rectus21 pipe ends, to be soldered on to induction coils. Short ones for 4mm pipe the others are longer for 5 and 6mm pipe.

This looks like a chipping hammers, as it is a chipping hammer.
A Royal Navy Chipping Hammer.
AKA as mine.
As it is mine and used by me on a few times when on jankers.
What do you cast with brass? Can you do a thread about these induction coils , is it for a home made set , what is the power source ? etc etc.
I'd love an induction coil heater that runs off 240 v 16 amp to help with my brass casting hobby interest
Eureka !! I've been driven mad this week trying to stop water dripping over the woodstove ,and it out 3 times but didn't think laterally . Never thought of a plated connection . Mondays job!! Thanks !Today I started the major part of the shuttering for a 12" thick concrete head over a new fireplace that was built for me just before Christmas.
I'm using a length of stainless steel pipe wrapped in polythene to form the hole for the flue. The outer diameter of this pipe - minus the polythene - matches exactly the inner diameter of a standard clay flue liner.
The plastic wrap is to assist with the pipe's removal after the concrete has set. The base of the flue is set into a hole in a 12" square piece of plywood which is nailed to the shuttering. The purpose of the plywood is twofold - firstly it ensures that the base of the steel pipe is fixed in place and cannot move whilst the concrete is being poured and secondly when all the shuttering will be removed the plywood will have formed a recess in the bottom of the slab into which I can bolt a plate to close off the opening around the cast iron flue of the stove. I welded a bolt into one end of each of four 12M hexagonal coupler nuts to stop the concrete getting into the top of them and drilled four corresponding sized holes down through the plywood and shuttering. I then fully screwed into the other end of each coupler nut a short piece of threaded bar and securely fixed all of them in place with a washer and nut on the underside of the shuttering.

The horizontal threaded bars in the above photo were used to keep a previous piece of shuttering in place and have nothing (as yet) to do with what I'm working on now.
This is how I ensure that the flue is kept as tight as possible to the shuttering and that there is no fear of it lifting out of the plywood at the base.

Here is the finished result from a previous fireplace.

Good man, well done !Read Seneca in these past few days .
Discovered an intellectual part of me which loves philosophy .
It changed the way how I look to life .
A friend of mine made me know Bukowski and some of his words.
All those phrases togheter allowed me to gain courage and Knock on her door...
Her brother open it.
Said who I am and asked to say her if she like to talk to me .
He went in ,I waited few minutes ...
He came back telling me that she was busy at the moment and he very gently said me to come back in another moment .
There are three options ...
1 she didn't expect that and because her timidity didn't come out to talk me (and that's would probably explain why her brother has been so gentle with me )
2 she won't meet me
3 she was busy .
However it will go it's a success for me,I'm very happy to have found the courage to go there without caring about practically everything.
And after this success during the morning , during lunch I've cried when I've discovered that I'll become uncle another time
Today I can be only happier
