Had the 0-25 and 25-50 for quite a few years and I think they are brilliant, why do you dislike?I notice you too have one of the Mitutoyo QuantuMikes. They are just the worst invention ever.

I take bad when I have to use the 50-75 digital Mitutoyo, it takes for ever to wind from one end to the other![]()
I sold one of them on here last weekPerzackly, bloody terrible things, the work of the devil! I actually have one of the analogue/digital Mitutoyo 0-1" mics too and that is fine as the numbers clicking round are very tactile, still a bit slow though.
Well mine was a 0-25 rather than imperial.@slim_boy_fat this is a lathe![]()

Link just takes me to a page with further links and not sure what I am to be looking at.I'm never going to live this down, am I?![]()
I like watching those machines, but what you made there ^^ remind me of the bits on the pull frame of a Toro Greensmaster ride-on mower - have a look at parts 20:1 and 20 here.....

So is this your full time job now or side gig?Another batch of legs down.
My welds at the corners could be tidier... But I stopped caring so much, there's too many to do lol

Not perfect, but this is more a "proof of concept" than anything else.
