Yes I cocked up the gap might have to cut a curved peice to fill it. Got the other side done better. Ill grout later and I think, no more tiles this year.

Intrigued,why the hammered welds,and how do you form that radius flange?Knocked up a cone for part of a distribution vessel... 4mm 316 stainless.
Plasma cut and step bent in 2 halves, as it's a bit small for the rollers we have.
Stereo welded together and welds hammered ready for polishing.

Then a radiused knuckle formed all the way around the circumference to match smoothly into the part it fits onto.
