Bits of wrought iron and bits of mild steel.
The left hand scroll needs a bit more fiddling with where the new is welded to the old...the curve isn't quite right.

I fixed in the original round horizontals.... sat in the chair with a cup of coffee, glad i'd finished them.
That's when i noticed the diagonal bars still standing up against the wall . Had to cut by the holes heat and bend the steel fit them on, then reweld the cuts.

It used to be one 10' gate. the customer wanted it cut in 2 and keeping as much of the original wrought iron as possible. The house is about 500 years old but the gate is a bit newer maybe 100yrs.

I got the ends of the bed with the horizontal wheels for pushing through doors chopped off and some 40mm box welded in their place then nice 19mm birch ply top screwed on. It should make a nice versatile work bench.
