The OCD in me says you need to route the LED strip so it does not cross any of the cut outs so it cannot be seen when switched on.

If there was a way to make the supply cable invisible, it would be spectacular.

I have a solution to the led routing, but need to wait for a delivery to sort that, may also have a solution for the power cable, they're battery powered strips and the other back lit stuff I've done has a big enough area to hide the box behind, I've tweaked this design slightly and think I've managed to get an area big enough to hide the box.

You're welcome to some of ours! We've got loads round our way. To clever by half, I really don't like the blighters but they're willy and not so easy to shoot on my perms. Larsen traps would be the way to go but you have to check them daily and I often don't have the time.

Time will tell, there are still some “feet to go on it though.

2 Plough planes, as I got them. They're were in a mess.



Had even modify a Turnscrew to fit the screws. Shame that 2 were dead by the time I removed them.
But I had spares.



A good few hours in the vapour tank with some new Meths.

I was not impressed with the results at first glance.




The tank did not seam to do as good as I expected.
The dirt did not seam to be ready to come off.
I was wrong.
It came off after a few hours drying. It had almost turned to a powder.



So when I used a cloth, old jeans, they cleaned up well.

The Wax and oil has brought them up very well.

The blades were left as they needed no work.



Oh yes.
I made that to dismantle the beasties.

This is a good starting point
The abrasive wheel holder is almost finished
As you can see it has a fixed rake angle of 12° little bit hard to get a perfect angle without a bandsaw.
But I've achieved to get the right angle with little bit o warpage control

found an old iron hinge sticking out the ground so i thought i could turn it into a bracket to hold a hammer and tongs
knocked the barnicles off it and it was after a,grind up pretty whole ,i welded a bit tube for the

hammer and added an old garrons shoe
that was ploughed up for luck
be great to know how old the iron bits are and how many lifes or uses that the iron had been used for before
i cleaned and treated the anvil with,antirust wax to keep it shiney for another few months

The Post Apocalyptic Inventor has just found an identical stake to the one in your anvil. They've got some great scrap yards in Germany. They don't seem to be hide-bound by HSE like we are here.
