WW1 error Ladies shoe last. Well not that accurate. It is simply a No1 size last. But my research shows the war department in 1918 listed it as a Female Shoe Last.

De_rusted and about to be oven baked for painting. The makers name is a stamping and not deep. The sze is a casting mark.

Finished, bit of gold paint to highlight the size.
But I like this.

The swirls and eddies visible in the metal and all 3 last horns . I am led to believe it is from casting the liquid metal at a fast pour rate, thus making the eddies.
Silly, but nice.
