The logical thing would be to do one this weekend and the other the next. If you end up with pork pie at the end of the process, it's unlikely to be bad either way.Not yet, but going to have the crack at making my own pork pie this weekend.

It's a number plate light. I couldn't find one I liked so I made one. It still needs the LEDs fitting (and the perspex window) but unfortunately the white ones I bought from RS turned out to be blueand they are not open until Monday.

Is the backplate stainless too or ally? If it's not all stainless, make sure you get a gasket between the two to stop the ally corroding (if it gets wet).
