Don't laugh...first time I've really done anything "metal" (that I can remember) in ages. No real sense of satisfaction, just the realisation of what I like doing and how many jobs / projects I want to do:

The Parkside cone cutter made the 32mm hole (eventually) as I couldn't find a Starrett cutter:
Next mod the cover and paint all the cut bits in the original RAL.
